Amy MacCready
I am a pattern designer and illustrator based in the Netherlands, originally from the US. I love bold florals and cute animals, and my favorite designs are the ones with lots of hidden details. After working in corporate graphic design and branding for eight years, I started my own design business in 2018. It’s been so rewarding to pursue new inspiration and ideas and work directly with clients. I’m self-taught, which really just means I’m always learning new things. I constantly have a table full of various projects, like punch needle and watercolor. When not designing new patterns, I love sketching at cafés, enjoying new museums, or getting out of town on my bike.
